Name: Teddy Date of Birth: Not really sure, as I am a rescue, but works out around beginning of July 1997, so as I was rescued from a puppy farm, mummy made it 4th July, Independence Day! Breed: Why I am a West Highland white Terrier for sure! Location: I was born in Wales in Great Britain, it is the centre of puppy farming. Human Pet: Well, that is my mummy. I am her little shadow, she gets scared if I am not around, so I make sure I stick to her like glue. Favorite Toy or Hobby: My favourite toy is my scouser. Its a funny rat like thing, that Auntie Stef got sent to me from America. Mummy can't find me another one and I debarked it years ago. Human Peeve: Why do they insist on letting fireworks off all the time. It scares the living daylights out of me and makes me ill. Favorite Story About Yourself: When I was a puppy in the puppy farm, I got to 10 weeks old and I was very poorly. All the other dogs told me I would be killed soon as I was too old and too ill to be sold. But I told them one day I would escape. They all laughed at me and said I was crazy, but I never gave up hope. Then a lady called Sylvia came and she took some younger puppies, but they wouldn't let me take her, so she sneaked me into her bag. That was very brave, she could have got into big trouble. I had to drive in a big van, all the way from Wales to England. When we arrived at our destination, Sylvia told one of the workers at the dog home to look in the front of the van. I heard the lady sigh and say, "The last thing I need is a puppy, I already have 3 dogs." Sylvia said "Its up to you, but he might not last the night." this spurred the lady into action. She took me straight to the vet where they operated on me, as my intestines were wrapped round my testicles. I survived and the lady took me home to foster me with some big dogs, two of them were Greyhounds and my new mummy was scared they might eat me, yikes!! Mummy and my new brothers and sisters couldn't resist me, so they kept me and mummy says I am the love of her life now. Greatest Achievement (Personal or Professional): Being the best friend ever to my mummy when she gave up her life in England to come and live with Daddy in Switzerland. Mummy was scared to step outside the front door, but I kept telling her I had to go out and we ought to explore. Mummy never goes anywhere without me as she is scared of the big bad world, unless I am by her side to give her the courage. Best Trick You Ever Played On Your Human: Once when we first lived in Switzerland Daddy let me out of the car without the lead on, which mummy told him not to. To pay him back and show him, I ran down the street after a car, snapping at the wheels, luckily the person in the car had a dog too and understood a bit about dogs, so she stopped the car, and I wasn't interested anymore. Boy, was Daddy in the doghouse that time!!!!
